What does storage cost?
Monthly spots are $249 up to 30 feet, $349 up to 40 feet, and $399 up to 60 feet. Concierge service is $599 a month. It includes unlimited drops at the 10th Street boat ramp, earliest drop 8:00 AM, latest pickup 8:00 PM, plus rinse, engine flush, and a boat cover. Gas is charged to the card on file. A Salt-Away detail is extra. Call 941-807-4405 to confirm a space is open.
Do you store both boats and RVs?
Yes. The yard is set up for boats, trailers, PWCs, and recreational vehicles. Call with length and type so we can place you in the right row.
Is the lot gated?
Yes. Access is for current customers, 24/7, through the electric gate. We walk you through getting in when you reserve a space.
Do I have 24/7 access?
Yes. Once you are a customer, the gate is 24/7 — pull your boat or RV whenever you need it.
Is this outdoor storage?
Yes. The yard is gated outdoor parking for boats, RVs, and trailers. Call with length and type so we can place you.
How do I reserve a space?

Are you part of Next Level Boat Club?
We are a sister company — same owners, same Sarasota family. Boat Club is rentals and memberships; this yard is where boats and RVs live between trips.
What is a long-term plan?
A long-term plan is a one-time payment for a designated space for 5, 10, 15, or 20 years. You do not own the land. The plan price does not renew or increase during the term. Call 941-807-4405 to confirm a space is open. The plan is signed before you pay.
What does the $299 HOA fee cover?
Unlimited drops, a rinse, launch and return, and storing the boat back in your designated space. The yard fuels the boat on those trips. The cost of the fuel is charged to the card on file.

What sizes are the long-term plans?
Small, medium, large, and oversized. Call with the length and type of boat so we can match a size. A listed price is not a held space.
